Insulate against a stable Iraq,
Offset nuclear capabilities of Pakistan/India,
Possess hegemony in Persian Gulf,
Address the embarassment that Islamic civilization has become,
Knock-off the culural hegemony the House of Saud,
Challenge western domination throughout the Commons,
Neutralize Israel
Through  intimindation peel off Europe from western orbit.

How do the Mullah's achieve this?
Through the imaginative use of geography,
Patience & Fanaticism.

Under the Constitution, the U.S. Senate is obliged to ratify formal treaties by a two-thirds majority vote.  Any imminent agreement with Iran would side step this Constitutional process because team Obama isn't seeking treaty status.  In fact, no one knows nor understands either the authority of those comprising these high level multiparty agreements.  The Constitution doesn't speak of multi-party agreements.  This extra-judicial status of team Obama's bilateral policy isn't Constitutional, therefore it doesn't need to seek Senate ratification.

Although the U.S. Executive has strong historical precedents in the creation of NATO, SEATO the rub here is political.  By choosing to seek extra-territorality in both execution & concept of its bilateral policies regarding Iran, team Obama continues to ignore Constitutional requirements that sustain our Republic.

As of Monday, October 13 Iranian deputy foreign minister Abbas Araqchi revealed Persian intentions in stating that 'everything, including the extension of the November deadline is possible."

Another delay will give Iran time to perfect nuclear technology.

The Senate and members of Congress need to stop team Obama from seeking extra-judicial agreements outside Constitutional confines.
