From Eva M. Fernandez, University Herald: “While America plans to reorganize their space capabilities, China is reportedly planning a test flight on its new anti-satellite missile called the Dong Neng-3, Free Beacon reported. According to China military affairs specialist and International Assessment and Strategy Center senior fellow, Richard Fisher, the anti-satellite missile can reach up to over 18,000 miles into space. It means the Dong Neng-3 has the capability to hit US surveillance satellites. It seems like this is the only asymmetric warfare weapon powerful enough to stop the progress that Rogers is planning for.”
